CW614N (CZ121) Free-Machining Brass

Composition:Cu 57.0-59.0%, Pb 2.5-3.5%, Fe 0.3% Max, Zn Balance.

Conductivity:~28% IACS

Advantages:The industry gold standard for high-speed CNC precision turning. Lead additions act as excellent chip-breakers, making it perfect for neutral links, terminal pins, and precision adapters.

CW617N (CZ122) Hot Stamping Brass

Composition:Cu 58.0-60.0%, Pb 1.6-2.5%, Al 0.05% Max, Zn Balance.

Conductivity:~27% IACS

Advantages:Outstanding hot formability and ductility during pressing or forging. Ideal for complex brass plumbing accessories, compression fittings, and waste couplings.

CW004A (C101 / ETP) Electrolytic Tough Pitch Copper

Composition:Cu 99.90% Min, O 0.005-0.040% (50-400 ppm).

Conductivity:100-101% IACS

Advantages:Exceptional electrical and thermal transfer capabilities. Recommended for active heavy-current pathways, copper cable lugs, grounding plates, and main busbars.

Electro-Tinned Brass / Copper

Composition:Base alloy electroplated with 3-5µm Pure Tin (Sn).

Conductivity:Dependent on base metal (~28% to 101% IACS)

Advantages:The thin tin boundary layer blocks atmospheric contact. Prevents copper oxidation and galvanic contact corrosion in salt air, marine installations, or wet environments.

Aluminium Alloy 6101-T6 (Electrical Grade)

Composition:Al Balance, Mg 0.35-0.8%, Si 0.3-0.7%, Fe 0.5% Max.

Conductivity:~55-60% IACS

Advantages:Specifically formulated to combine mechanical strength with high conductivity. Best for lightweight heavy-power transmission lines, busbars, and distribution terminal lugs.

High-Tensile Carbon Steel (Property Class 8.8)

Composition:Medium-carbon steel (C 0.30-0.50%), quenched and tempered.

Conductivity:~12% IACS (Structural fastening only)

Advantages:Superior shear strength (800 MPa tensile). Hardened through thermal heat treatment; standard choice for heavy bolts, structural u-bolts, and high-load masonry anchors.

A2 Stainless Steel (AISI 304)

Composition:Cr 17.0-19.0%, Ni 8.0-10.0%, C 0.07% Max, Fe Balance.

Conductivity:~2.5% IACS (Structural/Enclosures)

Advantages:Excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance. Ideal for generic outdoor brackets, mounting channels, pipework u-bolts, and rust-proof screws.

A4 Stainless Steel (AISI 316 - Marine Grade)

Composition:Cr 16.0-18.0%, Ni 10.0-14.0%, Mo 2.0-3.0%, Fe Balance.

Conductivity:~2.3% IACS (Structural/Marine)

Advantages:Addition of Molybdenum prevents pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments. Crucial for marine hardware, offshore clamps, and chemical processing fasteners.
